LeeBoy — Plant & Capability Snapshot

Numbers we can defend when a procurement auditor walks the floor: plant footprint, annual paving units, dyno cells and regional parts hubs that keep asphalt trains moving.

65,000 m²Production footprint for pavers, graders and compactors
1,800Road construction units shipped per year
480Employees across manufacturing, field service and applications
42Countries with active dealer or direct shipping coverage
2004Founding year of the current paving manufacturing platform
8Hydraulic and screed heat validation cells
14Regional parts hubs stocking screed plates and grader blades
240Operator and FSE training seats delivered each year

Why paving buyers audit the plant before the PO

Fleet managers comparing asphalt paving equipment manufacturers rarely stop at brochure hopper volumes. They ask how many screed heat zones we validate in-house, whether Tier 4 Final aftertreatment is calibrated on our own emissions cells, and how fast a cracked moldboard edge ships to a night-shift corridor.

LeeBoy answers with plant data: sixty-five thousand square metres of fabrication and paint, eighteen hundred units of annual capacity across asphalt pavers, motor graders, plate compactors and tack distributors, plus field engineers who speak nuclear-gauge language on the mat.

How we keep serial numbers honest

Every machine leaving the line carries CE marking under 2006/42/EC, ISO 9001 process control and EPA Tier 4 Final emission documentation. Custom engineering requests — wider screeds, tropical cooling packs, airport lighting kits — route through the same audit trail.

When your bid package demands low fuel consumption evidence or site-proven references, we attach commissioning reports from highway binder courses and municipal overlays rather than generic marketing claims.

Certifications on the plant wall

Plant scope limits: LeeBoy validates asphalt pavers, motor graders, plate compactors and tack distributors — not electric overhead cranes or primary jaw / impact crushers. Custom wider screeds and tropical cooling packs route through the same 2004-platform audit trail; exotic airport lighting kits need lead-time confirmation before the 12–16 week ex-works window is promised.
