What to include — and what this desk cannot promise

Since the 2004 paving platform launch we have kept the applications desk focused on asphalt pavers, motor graders, plate compactors and tack distributors across 42 countries. Clear scope keeps replies useful inside one business day.

Send these facts for a usable reply

  • Target mat width (2.4 – 4.0 m class) or moldboard length (3.0 – 3.7 m)
  • Engine / emissions need: EPA Tier 4 Final or EU Stage V documentation
  • Site elevation, ambient heat and whether electric or propane screed heat is allowed
  • Delivery month and whether you need under-18h MTTR corridor staging

Scope limits (stated before we quote)

  • We do not certify crane lifts under ASME B30 / AS 2550 — we coordinate certified partners when a job also needs lifting iron
  • Mini graders are not quoted as substitutes for full-size moldboards on high-volume quarry haul roads above the 12–14 t class
  • Plate compactors are not efficiency-rated above ~300 mm single-lift thickness without multi-pass plans
  • Same-day parts release applies to contracted corridors with hub inventory; remote first-time sites follow bonded warehouse lead times

Selection trade-off tip: if your RFQ still debates Chinese OEM list price versus Western residual value, or jaw versus impact crushing for asphalt aggregate, say so in the note — application engineers will attach the same trade-off brief used on our Solutions page rather than push a single brochure answer.
